Why should I book with Create It Travel?
- The number one reason to book with Create It Travel is that we are a small company that really takes the time to invest in you and what exactly you want out of your vacation. We specialize in creating the exact vacation that you have imagined, and we always do so with bargains and price-saving methods in mind, too. The customer is always first with Create It Travel.
What will Create It Travel provide me?
- We will provide you with as little or as much as you need in terms of your travel arrangements, including hotels, flights, excursions where possible, etc. We also provide each traveler/group (going on a full trip with flights and accommodations) with two different packages. Look at the page “What We Send You” for exact details.
How do I pay?
- We ask that you pay at least 50% of the total *estimated* before we book anything. You can send us a check, wire us the money, or have us send you an electronic invoice which can be submitted using any major credit card via Paypal. Once we have booked everything, we will be in touch about the final price and how much you still owe us. This can be paid using the same methods mentioned above. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID AND CLEARED BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE.
Can I get reimbursed if I need to cancel at the last minute?
- That depends on how much has already been booked and what the policies are for the hotel, airline, and any excursions that you may have already paid for. Since each trip is custom-created, we do not offer a single-rate of reimbursement. We can, however, assure you, that we will do our best to get you back as much money as possible. That being said, we reserve the right not to refund any part of your trip as you will see under terms and conditions (and the same form that you will sign before we book anything).
Can I bring my kids?
- Absolutely! Some trips are more kid-friendly than others, and we would be happy to advise you about this. If you are bringing your kids, you should be able to tell us this in you initial Travel Request Form so that we can make special accommodations for that and be on the look-out for discounts as well as kid-friendly excursions.
Can I bring my parents; they are disabled?
- Definitely. Some trips are more possible than others, and we would be happy to let you know more about this. If you let us know that a disabled person is coming with you, we will be able to make arrangements in advance for him/her/them and make sure that everything runs smoothly.
